December Writing Workshop

$10.00

In this generative seasonal writing workshop we will explore themes of returning to oneself, honoring, forgiving and making peace with our past, and delve into our own relationships with wintertime and the archetypes of this season such as The Crone or The Wise Woman. Join this beautiful portal with other creatives to unlock your creative flow, tap into the collective energy of devotion to craft, and connect. with Source as you write.

Winter is an incredibly potent time to explore our inner worlds, as the skies darken around us and the outer world becomes quieter. Whether you identify as a writer or not, if you feel called to experiment and play with your creative voice, this workshop is for you. Through our time together we will break through creative blocks with exercises to tune into our personal experiences. and transform them into poetry and essayistic prose. Drawing from what inspires us, what has transpired through us, what we have observed and experienced in life, we will explore our passions, and our pain points; grounding, centering, and finding our own unique voice as we write. We will discuss the creative process and experience, and find deep catharsis and healing through the power of creative expression. We will also explore other writers’ published works for inspiration. Sharing what you write is highly encouraged but never required.

We will meet on ZOOM. Link and prompts will be provided 15 minutes before we gather.
