As a Virgo Sun, Pisces Moon + Libra Rising, I feel I am here to serve, to live as a priestess among the plants and animals, write poetry and pursue the mystery and the mystical path, and evoke and soak up as much beauty as possible. I am a multi-interested, multi-faceted woman whose path has been anything but a straight line. I am an Artist, writer, herbalist, flower essence practitioner, gardener, nature lover, animal lover, horsewoman, and cat mama (in no order of importance as they are all equal parts of my being).

I make flower essences + herbal products (shop the apothecary here) and work 1:1 with clients using methods as practical as they are mystical, rooted in earth-based living, seasonal alignment, and invoking deep inspiration from the wild world around us and the creative pulses within us.

I grew up in rural Eastern Kentucky on a livestock farm, daughter of a classics major turned sheep farmer + a sheepdog trainer. Horses were always a huge part of my life and still are to this day. I love animals above all things + am certified in the Let Animals Lead™ method of Animal Reiki Levels 1 & 2. I am a registered Hatha Yoga teacher ( + a Kundalini yoga lover/practitioner) and I love cooking, nourishment + living in rhythm with the constant motion of the seasons + growing my own food and flowers.

I have been on the spiritual spiral for 10+ years and have gone through some major metamorphoses in my life. I aim to help others along their healing journey (and pursuit of Pleasure + a simple life well lived). I love reading and writing + sometimes host writing workshops. I currently live in the North Country among the mountains, lakes, and rivers with my two familiars (cats) and husband.
